❗️Government Resolution (No. 605, 24.09.2021) approved the Regulation on the procedure for reimbursement of part of the monthly rent from the state budget to students living on the basis of the right of lease of public higher education institutions
☑️ According to the regulations, part of the monthly rent for students living on a lease basis is applied to applicants living on a lease basis in accordance with a real estate lease agreement registered with the state tax service.
🚫 Part of the monthly rent is not reimbursed to applicants within the registered permanent residence (district, city).
❕If two or more students live in the same accommodation on a lease basis, all of them must be specified in the lease agreement.
✅ This procedure applies to students of state universities who study only in the form of full-time education and live on a rent basis.
📂 The applicant submits the relevant information or documents to the Deputy Dean of the Department of Youth Affairs of the faculty where he / she is studying or to the Department of Coordination of Student Housing of the University.
🔎 Officials will spend 1 week reviewing the applicant’s compliance with social criteria.
➡️ It then submits the information to the selection committee on the first day of the following week to summarize, review and conclude.
📌 The commission will review the information about the candidates and make a decision within one working day.
🧾 Accordingly, the order of the rector of the state university (director of the branch) is issued and the relevant information about the applicants whose applications are approved and their list is submitted to the accounting department for payment.
💰 For students whose application is approved, part of the rent will be reimbursed from the state budget from the date of their application.
🔰 Reimbursement of part of the rent:
➖ determined during the academic year (September 1 to July 1 each year) or according to the duration of the academic year according to the curriculum;
➖ by the applicant by the 7th of each month after the submission of applications to the responsible persons.
❌ Applications submitted after this deadline will not be considered.
It should be noted that the reimbursable part of the rent should not exceed 1 times the BHM in Tashkent and 0.5 times the BHM in other regions.
