❗️The procedure for covering the contract fees of women studying at the magistracy of the Higher Education Institution has been determined

By the government decision (No. 447, 15.08.2022), the regulation on the procedure for reimbursement of the fee-contract amount of the women admitted to the master’s level of the State Higher Education Institution on the basis of a fee-contract and receiving education from the state budget funds was approved.

🔰According to the regulation, the contract fees of all women studying at the master’s level of the state HEIs, including the Academy of Public Administration under the President, the Academy of the General Prosecutor’s Office, the Higher School of Business and Entrepreneurship under the Ministry of Economic Development and Poverty Alleviation, and the Master’s level of the Academy of Banking and Finance will be reimbursed. .

📝 For this purpose, students (applicants) who have been admitted to the master’s level of the state higher education institution on a fee-contract basis and are studying (applicants) are responsible for covering the full amount of the fee-contract for the academic year (with the exception of differentiated fee-contract fees) starting from the 2022/2023 academic year. apply to the rector (branch director) of the higher education institution until September 15.

Applications submitted after this deadline will not be considered.

🗓 Applications will be considered in 3 working days and a list will be formed.

📁 In 2022, the summarized list of applicants will be sent to the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education (from 2023 to the relevant ministries and agencies according to the departmental affiliation of Higher Education Institutions) to cover payment contracts in 5 working days.

📋 The order of the rector (branch director) of the relevant HEI will be accepted until October 15 of the current academic year to cover the amount of the payment contract to the applicants.
