About Andijan Institute of Agriculture and Agrotechnologies on sports competitions planned for April 2022 between faculties
The sports club of the institute was established based on the certificate No. 339-B dated December 28, 2020, in order to widely involve students, professors, scientific staff and workers of the Andijan Institute of Agriculture and Agro-Technology in mass-physical and sports-health activities.
Currently, the Institute has 5 faculties.
1) Storage and processing of agricultural products
2) Plant protection and agrochemistry
3) Agribusiness and digital economy
4) Agrobiology
5) Agroengineering and hydromelioration
A total of 3,622 students are studying in the above faculties, of which 724 are enrolled in sports sections. Sports sections are organized in the institute for sports (football, mini-football, volleyball, basketball, table tennis, chess, tug-of-war, athletics).
During the year 2022, it is planned to organize more than 58 sports events in football, mini-football, volleyball, basketball, table tennis, chess, tug-of-war, athletics, 32 times in total and 58 sports events.
According to the above plan, on April 9, 2022, a friendly match was organized between the faculties of “Agrobiology” and “Agribusiness and digital economy” in the field of mini football. Faculty tutors J.Akbarov and Sh.Alisherov competed on the field together with the students in order to meaningfully organize the free time of the students. As a result of the intense game, the team of the “Agrobiology” faculty lost to the team of the “Agribusiness and digital economy” faculty with a score of 5:6. After that, the group tutors of the two faculties planned to hold a football night between the two faculties every Wednesday. Such sports competitions continue in the section of faculties.
Today, the role of sports in our lives is incomparable. It is of great importance for a person’s spiritual and physical maturity. Therefore, it is not for nothing that attention is paid to the development of sports at the state level in our country.
On April 14 of this year, employees of the Andijan Regional Pumping Stations Department and professors of the Faculty of “Agroengineering and Hydromelioration” of the Andijan Institute of Agriculture and Agrotechnologies competed against each other on the green field in the mini football type of sport at the Andijan Institute of Agriculture and Agrotechnologies.
During the day, the competition between the employees of the two organizations, scheduled for the hours after the scheduled working hours, was very impressive, and all the participants who took part in this friendly meeting had fun.
The team of professors and teachers of the Faculty of “Agroengineering and Hydromelioration” of the Andijan Institute of Agriculture and Agro-Technology won with a score of 9:6.
The team of the Faculty of Agroengineering and Hydromelioration deeply thanked the employees of the Andijan Regional Pumping Stations Department for such an interesting and uncompromising competition and agreed to hold such meetings more often.
On April 22 of this year, at the initiative of the coordinator of the Faculty of Agroengineering and Hydromelioration, Mashhurabonu Ismailkhanova, in order to make the students who live in the student residence meaningfully spend their free time, in particular, to interest female students in sports, to identify talented female athletes, the student who lives in the student residence 2 A table tennis competition was organized among girls. 14 female students, who are interested in table tennis and regularly practice it, took part in the competition.
The competition took place in a very heated manner. Among 14 female students, Shirinoy Jabborova, a student of the 2nd stage of the faculty, who is distinguished by her skills, won the 3rd place, and Zahrokhan Ergasheva, a student of the 1st stage, won the 2nd place. Nafisakhan Kurbanova, a third-year student of the faculty who stands out among girls with her speed and skill, was named the absolute winner of the competition.
The winners were awarded diplomas by the management of the Faculty of Agroengineering and Hydromelioration.
