The presence of a mechanism for the interest of professors and teachers in conducting active scientific research and their motivation for their consequentiality;
In order to interest professors and teachers in conducting scientific research and to properly establish the mechanism of motivation for their effectiveness, a wide involvement of teachers in research and educational and methodological work has been formed. In particular, there is an increasing number of cases of participation of professors and teachers of qualified working at the Institute in competitions of practical, innovative and Initiative projects from year to year. The mechanisms are well established to encourage professors and teachers who are actively involved in scientific projects carried out at the Institute, actively participate in educational and methodological work, create new generations of textbooks and teaching aids, and encourage pedagogical workers who are regularly engaged in the publication of scientific articles. For example, professors and teachers with scientific degrees and titles operating in the departments are provided with an additional surcharge on the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 24, 2019 “on the procedure for additional remuneration of employees with scientific, scientific-pedagogical and labor activity in dalat organizations in the field of Science and education”No. 1030. The research work carried out by the professors and teachers of the institute falls on the profile of the higher education organization. In particular, the scientific projects currently being carried out at the institute are aimed at the solution of network problems and are considered to be scientific projects aimed at creating new orders and scientific developments and solving existing problems in the area and further developing it in socio-economic terms. The Institute has established the Innovation Fund for the commercialization of scientific innovation developments. Commercialization of the results of scientific and scientific and technical activities by experienced professors and teachers operating in departments is still carried out today. According to the implementation of economic contracts in cooperation with the “Innovation Fund”in 2022 by the Institute’s 15 specialist producing departments and 5 Inter-Faculty departments, providing services to farms, clusters, as well as enterprises and organizations related to the relevant sectors of the economy, a total of 985mln.sum of funds to the “Innovation Fund”of the Institute in 2022 were dropped.
The Departments of the Institute concluded economic agreements with farms, clusters, as well as enterprises and organizations operating in the regions of the Fergana Valley, preparing and growing seedlings of Medicinal Plants for them, testing chemical preparations, combating diseases and pests of fruit orchards, entomologist’s services, agricultural and silkworm feeding, biological protection of plants from diseases, protection of agricultural crops from diseases and pests, improving economic knowledge of shows.
The departments are providing computer equipment, laboratory equipment and equipment at the expense of funds sent by the departments to the Innovation Fund of the Institute. In addition, the promotion of professors and teachers actively involved in the printing of textbooks, teaching aids and other work, as well as in the enriching of funds, on the outcome of scientific research work is established.

Experienced professors and teachers of the Institute, doctoral students and base doctoral students, Masters and undergraduate students are actively involved in fundamental, practical, innovation and other research work carried out at the Institute. In particular, a total of 8 teachers, of which 1 scientific leader, 4 senior scientific staff, 3 junior scientific staff; 1 Master (Junior Scientific Officer); 2 undergraduate students (technical laboratory students) are involved in the innovative project on the basis of the complex application of organomineral fertilizers and physiologically active substances in Uzbekistan. A total of 7 teachers, of which 1 scientific leader, 1 Junior Scientific Officer, 2 scientific consultants, 3 Technical Assistants; 2 Masters technical assistants (laborants); 3 undergraduate students technical assistants (laborants); 1 Chief Scientific Officer (Association “Uzyagmahsuloti”); 1 Senior Scientific Officer (Association“Uzyagmahsuloti”); 1 scientific advisor (Association“Uzyagmahsuloti”); 1 scientific advisor (Association toshkti) as well as 1 technical assistant (Adu) and 1 advisor(chemist) – Adu. Also, a total of 5 teachers are involved in the innovation project on the topic” creating an industrial niche of a rice planting machine”, of which 1 is in the positions of a scientific leader, 2 is a senior researcher and 2 is a junior researcher; 2 are masters, of which 1 is a trainee researcher, 1 is a technical laboratory assistant .
In addition, a total of 2 teachers, 1 scientific leader, 1 scientific worker, 1 master technical laboratory assistant and 1 bachelor student technical staff, are involved in the project on the topic “Improving the knowledge of rural women in the socially vulnerable layer of Andijan region on the basis of financial literacy and entrepreneurship”, which is carried out on a grant of the Community Foundation.
Also, 1 undergraduate student is participating in the Start-up project “OneStop platform for the digitalization and introduction of innovations in agriculture”, which took part in the “first step to Business” competition of the Ministry of innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan (scientific leader).
In the competition “100 inventive women” in the Andijan region, 1 teacher is participating as a scientific leader in the project “creating an electronic platform of local pilgrimage tourism routes in the Andijan region”.
scientific, scientific and methodological and practical conferences were held at the Institute;
Scientific, scientific and methodical and practical conferences have been held regularly by the Institute’s team. In particular, on December 21-22, 2021, the Republican scientific and practical conference “the role of new innovative technologies in the integration of Science, Education and production in the development of Agriculture” was held.
The institute also held an online Republican scientific and Practical Conference of students on the topic “effective use of innovative resource technologies and technologies in agriculture” on January 12-20, 2022.
In addition, on October 27-28, 2023, the institute will hold an international scientific and scientific-practical conference on the topic “problems and solutions for the development of the agrarian sphere in the conditions of the digital economy”.

At the Institute on March 26, 2022, for heads of departments, veterinary department and livestock agency, clusters and heads of farms of districts of Andijan region, on the topic “raising feed based on Advanced Technologies in livestock and preventing infectious diseases”, on April 20-22, 2022 in cooperation with the Turkish state, on the topic “New technologies and work unit of fruit and vegetable production, viticulture and greenhouse farming”, on may 18, 2022 in cooperation with the Turkish state in cooperation with the GIZ organization of the German international cooperation Society of the European Union, “support for economic reform and sustainable economic development in the regions of Uzbekistan” was held at the international level.
The regional exhibition of the Republican Inno Wyeyek.Uz-2022 innovation ideas week was held at the Andijan Institute of Agriculture and agrotechnologies on July 18-19, 2022. The exhibition was attended by Deputy Director of the National Office of innovation of the Ministry of innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan “Inno Technopark” head, specialist of the Regional Innovation Development Department of the Andijan region, Deputy Youth Affairs of the Andijan region, deputy women’s affairs of the Andijan region and rectors and professors of higher educational institutions in the region.
In addition, according to the cooperation agreement signed between the Institute of Agriculture and agrotechnologies of Andijan and Konya Selchuk University of Turkey, on April 20-22, 2022, the Institute held an exhibition “technologies and marketing of fruit and vegetable growing and grape growing” with the support of Konya Selchuk University of Turkey and the initiative of Bek Hayat Group.

The institute carries out the work on the training of highly qualified scientific and pedagogical personnel, as well as the following in terms of the currently functioning scientific councils.
A total of 118 doctoral students and base doctoral students are studying in the doctoral program of Andijan Institute of Agriculture and Agrotechnology. Of these, 2 of them continue their doctoral studies for the purpose of obtaining the degree of Doctor of science (DSc), and 116 for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD). Currently, 45 doctoral students and 24 doctoral students and base doctoral students in the first year, second year and third year respectively are doing research on dissertation research.
Also, the institute currently operates 2 Specialized councils. In particular, 06.01.08-Plant Science, 06.01.01-general farming. Ph. D. granting a degree in cotton and 06.01.09-Plant Protection specialties.05/30.10.2020. Qx.Scientific Council number 126.01, as well as 05.07.01-agricultural and reclamation machines. Mechanization of agricultural and melioration work and 05.07.02 – PhD granting a scientific degree in the specialties of use, restoration and repair of agricultural and melioration techniques.05/30.06.2021.T.Scientific councils No. 126.02 and 1 seminar Council, including PhD 05.07.01 and 05.07.02, operate in specializations.
