Availability of decisions of the distribution Commission in the higher education organization for the distribution of graduates to work;
On December 24, 2022, on the basis of Order No. 403-B of the Andijan Institute of Agriculture and agrotechnologies “on the formation of the commission for the employment of graduates on the basis of a state scholarship and a fee-contract in the academic year 2022-2023”, a commission for the distribution of graduates, consisting of heads of agricultural enterprises and organizations, heads of departments and professors has been established.

A data bank has also been created for graduates on consumers of educational services produced by higher educational institutions in the field of Agriculture (employer enterprises, organizations with different forms of ownership, state and local government bodies, state and non-governmental organizations and private enterprises). In order to strengthen relations with employers and to provide information from our prepared young specialists, information was published through the media about graduates in specialties, their potential (issue 3(9114) of January 21, 2023 of the newspaper“rural life”, issue 6(19789) of February 6, 2023 of the newspaper “Andijonnoma”), posted on the website of the Institute and presented to 14 districts and 2 municipalities.
For the distribution and placement of graduates of the 2022-2023 academic year, an appropriate database of about 100 employer organizations, enterprises and institutions was formed and cooperation agreements were concluded with 80 organizations.
On March 26, 2023, a meeting with students of the institute was held in cooperation with the Center for population assistance of Andijan district. It was attended by enterprises, non-governmental organizations, entrepreneurs of the agricultural system of Andijan district.The meeting was attended by specialists such as Ra’no Komiljonova, head of the Staff Department of the Regional Center “Chorvanasl” of the Uzbekchorvanasl Agency Andijan region, Munisa Iminova, inspector of the employment assistance center of Asaka District, Nizamiddin Nuriddinov, head of the Staff Department of Everest metal LLC, head of the Staff Department of Technical Service and household protection LLC in emergency situations, Asadbek Madaminov, employee of Ravon Development LLC, Boburjon Jamoliddinov they did. On may 11, 2023, a meeting was held with the employee of the branch of the foreign labor migration agency Andijan region Akmaljon Artikov. The meeting was attended by Vice-Rector of the Institute Muradjon Atajonov, head of the Department of international relations Bahodirjon Nasirov, head of the Department of Pedagogy Ravshanbek Mamatov, head of the Marketing Department Zafarjon Burkhanov and employees of the Department and more than 40 graduates of The Bachelor’s degree 4 years students.

Many of our students who graduated from the Andijan agricultural institute are currently working in positions of officials and leaders in the economic sectors of Uzbekistan. Many ministers of the Fergana Valley provinces are former graduates of the Institute. Cooperation meetings and talks with former graduates of the institute are being organized with their participation, as well as providing practical assistance in establishing employment of graduates, improvement of educational plans, integration of Science, Education and production.
