Organization of the implementation of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, presidential decrees and orders, decisions of the Oliy Majlis and the Cabinet of Ministers in the field of education and personnel training;
Organization of the process of scientific work and international relations based on state educational standards and training of qualified personnel;
Ensuring that all deans and departments, heads of departments and pedagogues are fully aware of the set of requirements for the content of knowledge and the level of training in accordance with state educational standards;
Organizing the implementation of the orders, orders and instructions of the higher authorities, the decisions of the Scientific Council of AndQXAI and the rector’s orders on issues related to scientific affairs and international relations processes;
To study the development trends of the educational system of advanced countries, to develop scientific methods and tools for the implementation of the tasks specified in the Law “On Education”, “National Program of Personnel Training” and other laws related to education, and to ensure their implementation;
Preparation of proposals and organization of work in the field of activity;
Coordination, organization and control of the work of departments and deaneries that ensure the process of scientific affairs and international relations;
Organization of scientific conferences, methodical council at AndQXAI and improvement of pedagogical skills, leading scientific work, generalization of advanced methodical experiences, control;
General management of the process of preparation and publication of scientific works materials, including journals and collections of scientific works by the staff of AndQXAI, as well as replenishing the library fund with scientific periodicals in all directions of educational and scientific activities of AndQXAI;
Managing and assisting the processes of searching for, selecting, and working with talented young people, preparing prestigious award winners of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Navoi, Beruni, Ulug’bek, Zulfiya and others from among students and interns-researchers-researchers;
Organization and control of the process of admission to research;
To take action against the employees who violated the executive discipline, to prepare proposals for the termination of the contract with them;
In order to improve the content of education, to ensure the training of specialists based on international requirements, to prepare proposals for the establishment of faculties and departments in cooperation with similar higher education institutions of foreign countries;
Establishing relations with higher educational institutions of foreign countries, organizing and supervising higher education conferences, symposiums, seminars;
Implementation of scientific and international relations activities aimed at improving the activity of AndQXAI in the established order;
To carry out the general management of the process of preparation and publication of scientific materials, including magazines and collections of scientific works by AndQXAI employees, as well as replenishing the library fund with educational-methodical and scientific periodicals in all areas of educational and scientific activity of the institution;
To coordinate the planning, organization and holding of scientific, scientific and practical conferences and to ensure the participation of university professors and employees in scientific conferences held in other organizations and enterprises, to support the formation of AndQXAI scientific schools, to carry out work to stimulate any effective scientific activity;
To ensure training of highly qualified scientific-pedagogical staff through the development of master’s degree, intern-researcher-researcher or senior researcher-researcher at AndQXAI, and to help university employees receive scientific titles in a timely manner and to open specialized councils;
Managing and assisting the processes of searching for, selecting and working with talented young people;
In cooperation with the international department, participation in the formation and approval of the topic, content of the scientific research part of foreign grants, implementation of all scientific research works, projects and grants, conducting monitoring of scientific conferences, forming and presenting all necessary reports for higher organizations;
Managing the process of training the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan from among the intern-researchers-researchers, Navoi, Beruni, Ulugbek, Zulfiya and other famous and prestigious scholarship winners from among the students;
Creation of material and technical base necessary for the development of scientific activity at AndQXAI, provision of appropriate scientific equipment and management and coordination of distribution processes.
