In the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 22, 2019 PD- 4422 “On operational measures to improve the energy efficiency of economic and social sectors, the introduction of energy-saving technologies and the development of renewable energy sources”…the issue of “improving the energy efficiency of economic and social sectors” is considered. the energy efficiency of economic and social sectors, the expansion of the use of energy-saving technologies and renewable energy sources is one of the relevant directions,” and the focus of these tasks is the efficient use of electricity, the main link of the economy.

In order to ensure the implementation of these decisions, professors and teachers of the department “use of electricity and pumping stations” B.Rayimjanov, Z.Rejabov, I.Safarov, D.Akhmedov, H.Mamajonov, D.Tojimurodov, S.Mirzaev are organizing extracurricular activities for students of the specialty training direction, giving theoretical and practical skills in training mainly in improving energy efficiency in the production industry and using alternative energy. The credit-module system of teaching is within 5+1 (five days of theoretical study and one day of view and application of theoretical knowledge in practice), as well as the area of specialization in students ‘ free time from classes, the capacity of enterprises in Andijan, Izboskan, Oltinkol, Pakhtaabad, Asaka districts and Andijan is 1…The provision of services to solar power plants with a capacity of 5 kW is established, as a result of which, in addition to an increase in the practical skills of students, their material interest is also increased. Also, the rise of the culture of the use of solar power plants is achieved by local residents. As a result, during 2022, services were provided to the above named districts and 58 enterprises and organizations in the city of Andijan, solar power plants installed in 186 residential apartments.
