A spiritual-educational event dedicated to the birthday of the great thinker poet, state and public figure Alisher Navoi and the founder of the Baburi dynasty Zahiruddin Muhammad Babur on the theme “Obeisance to two figures” was organized at the Andijan Institute of Agriculture and Agro-Technology. The event was organized on February 11 in the students’ residence, and on February 14 in the large event hall of the institute by the professors and teachers of the department of spirituality and the Uzbek language pedagogy and physical culture department.

The event was attended by the rector of the institute K.S. Komilov, the vice-rector for spiritual and educational affairs A.N. Maksutaliyev, the writer Khabib Siddiq, the head of the Andijan regional branch of the International Amir Temur Charitable Fund, the professor of Ferghana State University Temirov Nabijon Solievich and 342 young people of Izboskan district. did

The event was opened by the rector of the institute Komilov Komiljon Sobirovich. The rector of the institute K. Komilov spoke and emphasized that the life and work of the two great representatives of Uzbek and Turkish classical literature, writers who have a special place in the literature of the medieval Eastern culture, are a true example for our generations.

After that, vice-rector of spiritual and educational affairs of the institute A.N. Maksutaliyev, head of the department of Uzbek language, pedagogy and physical culture M.R. During the event, Alisher Navoi and Zahiruddin Muhammad Babur recited verses and ghazals from the works of young people and demonstrated their high interest in poetry.
