The Andijan Institute of Agriculture and Agrotechnology has demonstrated a strong commitment to the well-being and equal treatment of its professors, teachers, and employees. The institute’s initiatives include targeted support for disabled, low-income, and socially protected workers, as well as ensuring equal pay for female and male staff members.

As a proof of the above words, the Rector of the Institute will provide disabled, low-income and social protection workers working at the Andijan Institute of Agriculture and Agrotechnology in the some  amount of soums during 2022

Additionally, the institute has organized various cultural, recreational, and celebratory events, providing material assistance and opportunities for domestic tourism, thus contributing to the economic growth and overall well-being of its workforce.
