Assalamu alaykum, dear hard-working professionals, dear colleagues in all branches of agriculture, who, if necessary, grow a rich harvest of small seeds. First of all, I sincerely congratulate all of you on the “Day of Agricultural Workers”.

The agricultural sector, which is one of the oldest and will never lose its place in our country, has been developing in recent years under the leadership of our President Shavkat Mirziyoyev. From farmers and businessmen, to business clusters, livestock breeders and silkworms, skilled watermen and irrigators, mechanization and agronomists, scientists and specialists play a key role in the development of the industry.

Despite the various climate changes, environmental tests and challenges in the region, the agricultural workers of our region, who are able to cultivate the land and treat it as a living thing, have managed to grow high-quality and abundant crops this year, relying on their rich experience.

This year, as every year, Andijan farmers have been able to have a say in the production of cocoons, grain, cotton, fruits and vegetables, rice, meat and dairy products.

In recent years, the participation of dedicated academic and research researchers, professors and teachers in the field of agriculture, as in all sectors, has been important in the conduct of scientific research and the harmonization of theory and practice. We are certainly pleased that the Andijan Institute of Agriculture and Agrotechnology, as well as qualified specialists, scientists and young researchers are working hard. We are always ready to conduct continuous research for the development of the industry, to create innovations with the intellectuals of our friendly community.
