The Open Budget project will be implemented in two main stages (February-March and August-September).

You have the opportunity to become an “Initiative Budget Ambassador” under this program. Promote your initiative in the area where you live, invite your loved ones to vote and become a prize winner!

It’s all very simple:

Step 1️⃣: Register on the Open Budget information portal and leave your initiative (don’t forget to indicate that you are a student in the column representing the profession).
Step 2️⃣: Once the contest has started, you need to popularize your initiative on various social networks and gather votes among citizens, relatives and friends.
Step 3️⃣: At the end of the competition, the TOP-50 PROJECTS will be selected.

The participant with the most votes and likes is declared the winner.

To the winners:
1st-5th place – Laptop
6th-15th place – Tablet
16-25 – E-book device (Kindle)
26-36th place – “Smart” watch
37th-50th place – Earphones.
