Constitution is the basis of development

A roundtable discussion dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan was organized at the Andijan Institute of Agriculture and Agrotechnologies with the participation of judges of the regional administrative court and students. Judges Dilmurod Halilov and Asror Sheraliev took part in it and talked about how important it is in the lifestyle of the citizens of our chief municipality.

They expressed their views on the main law of the state defining the system of government and management bodies, their powers and the order of their formation, the electoral system, the rights and freedoms of citizens, as well as the judicial system.
