According to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 9, 2021 No. 563 “On measures to increase the level of accommodation for students in higher education institutions in the Republic”, it is established on the basis of public-private partnership is set.
In order to timely meet the growing needs of higher education institutions, the decision envisages attracting private investments in the construction of infrastructure facilities and organizing their use.
The private initiative “High-Tech House Build” LLC initiated the reconstruction, equipping and management of the 600-bed student accommodation of the Andijan Institute of Agriculture and Agro-Technology under the terms of public-private partnership.
In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Public-Private Partnership” dated May 10, 2019 O’RQ-537, the concept of this project was approved by the institute on March 28 of this year.
In order to express interest in the implementation of this project, interested parties should submit their requests and proposals by May 17, 2023.

In accordance with Article 17 of the Law “On Foreign Trade”, in case of receipt of requests for expressions of interest and tenders (proposals), a tender will be held by the state partner to identify a private partner with the participation of the private initiator of the project and interested third parties.
