About the Union Golden Ball competition In February 2022, among the faculties of the Andijan Institute of Agriculture and Agro-Technology, the volleyball competition was held under the slogan “Sport unites us”.
The sports club of the institute was established based on the certificate No. 339-B dated December 28, 2020, in order to widely involve students, professors, scientific staff and workers of the Andijan Institute of Agriculture and Agro-Technology in mass-physical and sports-health activities.
Currently, the Institute has 5 faculties.
1) Storage and processing of agricultural products
2) Plant protection and agrochemistry
3) Agribusiness and digital economy
4) Agrobiology
5) Agroengineering and hydromelioration
On February 15-19, within the framework of the “Union Golden Ball” project, the Youth Union of Uzbekistan and the Andijan Institute of Agriculture and Agro-Technology organized 5 important initiatives for the promotion of physical education and sports, and the development of sports among students and youth. A volleyball competition was held among students. As expected, the competition caused irreconcilable arguments and during the competition the participants were applauded by the students of the institute. The team of the Faculty of Agroengineering and Hydromelioration took the 1st place, the team of the Faculty of Agricultural Products Storage and Processing took the 2nd place, the team took the 3rd place
It was won by the team of the Faculty of Plant Protection, Agrochemistry and Soil Science. Among the girls, the students of the Faculty of Plant Protection, Agrochemistry and Soil Science won the 1st place, the Faculty of Agroengineering and Hydromelioration took the 2nd place, and the students of the Faculty of Agricultural Products Storage and Processing took the 3rd place.
Winners and participants of the competition will be awarded with special diplomas and souvenirs prepared by the management of the Institute on February 19.
In the Andijan Institute of Agriculture and Agro-Technology, in the 2022 academic year, in order to ensure the implementation of tasks in the field of youth issues and spiritual-educational work, and in order to increase the effectiveness of the work aimed at forming a healthy lifestyle culture in students, raising them to be highly moral individuals “Spirituality-enlightenment and culture months are being held.
In particular, according to the plan, February of this year is designated as “Healthy Life and Culture Month”.
Accordingly, on February 15-16-17-18 at 19:00 in the sports complex of the institute, “Union Golden Ball” volleyball competitions were held among the students of the institute.
Strong teams were selected in the inter-faculty competitions.
According to the results in competitions among boys:
1st place is the Faculty of Agroengineering and Hydromelioration;
2nd place: Agribusiness and digital economy;
Faculty of Agricultural Products Storage and Processing took 3rd place; In competitions among female students:
1st place was awarded to the Faculty of Plant Protection, Agrochemistry and Soil Science;
Faculty of Agroengineering and hydromelioration took 2nd place;
3rd place was won by students of the Faculty of Agricultural Products Storage and Processing.
The winners and participants of the competition were awarded with diplomas and souvenirs by the “Union Cup” and the administration of the institute.
