About Andijan Institute of Agriculture and Agro technologies sports planned for March 2022 between faculties on the competitions held on
The sports club of the institute was established based on the certificate No. 339-B dated December 28, 2020, in order to widely involve students, professors, scientific staff and workers of the Andijan Institute of Agriculture and Agro-Technology in mass-physical and sports-health activities.
Currently, the Institute has 5 faculties.
1) Storage and processing of agricultural products
2) Plant protection and agro chemistry
3) Agribusiness and digital economy
4) Agrobiology
5) Agro engineering and hydro melioration
A total of 3,622 students are studying in the above faculties, of which 724 are enrolled in sports sections. Sports sections are organized in the institute for sports (football, mini-football, volleyball, basketball, table tennis, chess, tug-of-war, athletics).
During the year 2022, it is planned to organize more than 58 sports events in football, mini-football, volleyball, basketball, table tennis, chess, tug-of-war, athletics, 32 times in total and 58 sports events.
Based on the above plan, on March 9-10-11-12, 2022, within the framework of the “Youth Month”, in order to meaningfully organize students’ free time from classes, to further increase their intellectual potential, “Our knowledge and thinking is for this country, for this country!” Under the slogan, a mini football and chess competition was organized.
According to the final results of the heated and uncompromising debate, the students of the Faculty of Agribusiness and Digital Economy won the 1st place in the mini football category, the students of the Faculty of Agro-engineering and Hydro melioration took the 2nd place, and the 3rd place students of the faculty of plant protection and agro chemistry.
Boburjon Ismanov, a student of the Faculty of Plant Protection and Agrochemistry, won 1st place in the chess type of sport, Shahjakhan Hakimjonov, a student of the Faculty of Agroengineering and Hydro melioration, took 2nd place, and 3rd place
It was awarded to Muhammadyusuf Rasuljonov, a student of the Faculty of Agro engineering and Hydro melioration.
The winning students were awarded diplomas and souvenirs by the rector of the institute.
