The board performs functions below
a) in the direction of coordination of the educational process:
-in the conditions of legal education and science development at the institute
modern requirements, advanced international legal experience and labor market
highly qualified, creative thinking, honest personnel based on their needs credit-module system of training and modern training organizes the educational process using methods;
-independent study of state educational standards and qualification requirements based on deepening theoretical knowledge and practical and professional aimed at developing skills and clinical legal education, as well as the needs of the modern stage of reforms in the country and development activities.
-bachelor’s degree by faculty deans and master’s department developed for education majors and graduate majors discuss and summarize lesson schedules and submit for approval does;

b) in the direction of implementing the credit system and study programs in the educational process:
– aligning the development of study schedules and study programs by the deans and the department of postgraduate studies with the requirements of the credit system and foreign experience;
– monitoring the consistency of subjects, allocated hours, and credit ratios to ensure logical clarity;
– calculating the number of credits for each subject, semester, course division, and total credits for each student;
– monitoring the timely repayment of debts for students who have not accumulated the specified credits for the course;
– providing academic information on the total accumulated grades and credits during the course (semester) to students under consideration for academic exchange with foreign higher education institutions and making recommendations for accepting credits obtained abroad;
– developing proposals for cooperation with leading foreign scientific and educational institutions, research centers, international organizations to ensure academic exchange for students;
– conducting expertise on the part of study subjects and education credits related to documents prepared for agreements concluded within the framework of academic mobility and joint educational programs with foreign higher education institutions, providing relevant conclusions;
– coordinating activities to engage specialists from leading foreign educational institutions, research centers in joint research activities;
– preparing duplicates for citizens regarding lost diplomas;
– analyzing and making recommendations for improvement of the credit system on an ongoing basis.
