To organize the implementation of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees and orders of the President, decisions of the Oliy Majlis and the Cabinet of Ministers in the field of education and training;
Ensuring the training of highly qualified personnel with high moral and ethical qualities, able to think independently, who have mastered the methods of organizing work in market conditions;
Organization of training of highly qualified personnel on the basis of state educational standards;
Ensuring the implementation of the tasks set out in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Education” and the “National Training Program” in AndQAI;
Defining the powers of all departments in the structure of AndQAI, planning, coordinating, managing their activities, training of qualified personnel for management positions of AndQAI, selection of staff, recommendation and recruitment to management positions;
Material and moral incentives, social protection, disciplinary measures;
Control over the formation and effective use of revenues of AndQXAI;
Organization of research work, increase their efficiency and wide implementation of research results, ensuring the integration of higher education, science and industry;
Organize the creation, translation and publication of textbooks and teaching aids in accordance with the requirements of the concept of creating a new generation of textbooks for continuing education;
Organize the introduction and effective use of advanced forms of teaching in the educational process, including distance learning, new pedagogical and information and communication technologies;
Supervise spiritual and educational work, the formation of a national idea in staff and students;
Enrollment, expulsion, reinstatement of students, masters and trainee-researchers in the university, ensuring compliance with internal labor regulations;
Ensuring professional development of teachers;
Organization of social services and other types of conditions for students, interns, researchers, pedagogical staff, ensuring their social protection;
Ensuring continuous quality control of the activities of faculties and departments, the educational process, lectures, practical and laboratory classes, teaching and production practices, other types of training;
Organization of events aimed at determining the prospects for the development of areas and specialties in which specialists are trained at AndQXAI (holding scientific and practical conferences, participation in international conferences, creating conditions for the use of information space, literature, information materials on the development of science and technology); On this basis, to ensure the improvement of state educational standards, curricula, textbooks, to direct scientific research;
Develop marketing services, study the demand and need for specialties and specialties, analyze the practical employment of graduates, organize cooperation agreements on targeted training;
Development and implementation of measures to strengthen and develop the material and technical base of AndQXAI, to lead the Scientific Council of AndQXAI, to improve the structure of AndQXAI, to organize, terminate, change its structural subdivisions;
Development of scientific and creative relations with foreign partners, ensuring the attraction of investments and grants, the establishment of joint ventures (departments, research centers, research, projects, etc.);
Cooperation with public organizations, the Board of Trustees and other similar non-governmental organizations;
Ensuring the implementation of other tasks set by the competent authorities for the management of the educational process;
To perform one’s duties conscientiously.
