About the section

The monitoring and internal control department was established in order to control the implementation of the tasks specified in the national personnel training program, the implementation of normative documents and methodological instructions in the educational process, as well as the timely implementation of orders and decisions of the institute. The “Internal control and monitoring” department performs its activities in accordance with the Regulation on the implementation of the “Monitoring of the implementation of the National Program of Higher Education Internal Inspection and Personnel Training” approved by the order of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 29, 2001 No. 207 increases. The department monitors the implementation of the National Program of Personnel Training in the institute, educational, educational and methodological, spiritual, educational and educational, research, executive discipline, training and retraining of personnel, decisions of the life and scientific council, orders of the institute and supervises the implementation of regulatory documents in the field of education. Monitoring and internal control department directly reports to the rector of the institute.

Tasks related to the monitoring of the implementation of the national personnel training program, the internal control inspections operating in higher education institutions have been called the Internal Control and Monitoring Department since 2001.

In 1997, Associate Professor A. Khojimatov was the first head of the department. 3 employees, head (A. Khojimatov), deputy head (M. Karaboyev, Z. Zulunov, U. Nematov, S. Usmonov, I. Sobirov, E. Asronov, R. Abdirakhmonov) worked in the department. T.Nurqaziyeva has been working as a stylist since October 1997 until now.

Since 2012, (A.Dadakhodjayev, A.Madazimov, Yu.Nishonova, J.Iymanov, I.Tursunov, Kh.Baratov, T.Yuldasheva, R.Abdirakhmonov, D.Ganiyev) worked in the department. Currently, U. Abdumalikov is working.

From October 16, 2020, Andijan Institute of Agriculture and Agrotechnologies, the Monitoring and Internal Control Department was named the Department of Working with Individual and Legal Entities, Control and Monitoring.

In order to improve the quality of work with appeals received from individuals and legal entities, during the 2023/2024 academic year, the 1st vice-rector for youth issues and spiritual and educational affairs Maksutaliyev Abdusalom Khasanovich was appointed.

Currently, 2 employees (head, supervisor) are working in this “Working with applications of natural and legal entities, control and monitoring department”. Ulugbek Abdumalikov Ziyodilla ogli department from 25.01.2024 based on the order of the rector No. 30-L dated 25.01.2024 and Nurqaziyeva Tajihon Bazarovna is in the position of stylist.

Function

It is established according to the Regulation No. 207 of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 29, 2001 “On the implementation of monitoring of the implementation of the National Program of Internal Control and Training of Higher Education Institutions”.

Department head

Ensuring and monitoring the implementation of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan on higher education, the decisions and orders of the Government, the decrees, orders, letters of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as the implementation of the decisions and orders of the Scientific Council of the Institute;
Development of the quality of personnel training, their needs and the development of the labor market, as well as the development of a system for monitoring all the activities planned for the institute and the material and technical base of the institute;
To ensure the organization of internal control of the quality of professor-teachers and their qualification improvement and retraining;
To ensure the preparation of analytical materials and suggestions on improving the reform of the educational system for the management bodies of the Institute and the Scientific Council;
Development and implementation of the system for ensuring the execution of the orders of the Institute, preparation of practical and methodological proposals for elimination of deficiencies identified based on the analysis of executive activities;
To create an opportunity to study, generalize and popularize the best practices of neighboring higher educational institutions.

Stylist

Ensuring timely and high-quality formalization of monitoring data prepared at the institute;
To ensure that the answers to the orders, instructions and guidelines from the higher organizations are formalized within the specified periods and delivered to the relevant departments for their dispatch;
Establishing regular contact with the institute’s secretariat, personnel department, information technology department and ensuring timely receipt of new information related to the educational process and timely notification of the head of the department monitoring and employees;
To ensure that all documents, instructions, guidelines, information, references and other documents related to the department are stored in the appropriate binders, and to improve computer skills.
